18/06/2024

In the last seven days, here’s what occurred within our age groups:

Wildcats/Squad Girls:

On Wednesday night, the Wildcats and Squad Girls had 32 girls attend their session at Kinloss. Everyone that came along had a fantastic night of enjoyable activities and the trophies were given to Lucia, Sophia, Harper, Wren, Maisie and Hollie.

U7:

The Piranhas exhibited a brilliant training session in which everyone had a very productive night. Well done to all those who attended and Harriet on earning the trainer of the week award.

U8:

On Sunday, our Falcons played some brilliant football in the Elloughton tournament. They had a fantastic day out and showed lots of character, skill, teamwork and determination which saw them reach the final.

U9:

Our Leopards enjoyed a good training session where they focused on one, two passes, finding space and making the ball do the work. Jenson picked up the trainer of the week award.

The Pearls went to the Elloughton Blackburn tournament and came away as winners. They all had an exceptional runout and put in a big shift on the day.

Meanwhile, the Jaguars had their own great day of tournament action in which they played some outstanding football and did themselves proud.

U10:

The Arrows travelled to the Cleethorpes Town tournament on Sunday and had a fantastic time. They all put in a tremendous shift and took lots of positives from the games that were played.

U12:

The Ambers had a great training session during the week. In which, they worked on finishing around the box as well as fitness. The girls all worked really hard and Abbie was named as the trainer of the week.

During midweek, the Hornets had a split night with some of them going to play some futsal and the others doing training at Kinloss. The futsal lads worked extremely hard against a good Market Weighton side. On Sunday, the boys played in Grace’s tournament and came up against some good teams. However, they fought hard and put in a number of great performances.

Our Sapphires took part in the Elloughton Blackburn tournament. They had fun, enjoyed their football and never gave up. Well done girls!

U13:

The Emeralds enjoyed a couple of excellent training sessions and continued their preparations ahead of moving up to the U14 age group next season. Alissia was named as the trainer of the week and Hannah received her individual accolade in the extra session.
